The Duchess Of Cambridge Adds A French Touch To Her English Country Wardrobe

This week marks a special moment for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge: they will celebrate their 10-year wedding anniversary on 29 April. In the run up to the significant milestone, the couple enjoyed a wholesome outing to a farm, to ride a tractor, pet baby lambs, and sit on bales of hay in the spring sunshine.

The royal couple, who also recently celebrated their youngest child Prince Louis’s third birthday, met with the owners of the family-run Manor Farm near Darlington on 27 April. For the relaxed occasion, Kate wore a patterned Brora x Troy London jumper, a pair of gold Orelia earrings, and the beloved brown leather Penelope Chilvers boots that have been in her wardrobe since 2004. Beneath her jumper, the Duchess wore a white ruffled Sézane blouse.

The Duchess met with the owners, children and the animals.

The Duchess previously wore the French brand for a royal visit back in January 2020, and added a gold Sézane bangle to her crisp cotton shirt dress for another engagement that summer, to meet with key workers at Sandringham in July.

Celebrities including models Bella Hadid and Irina Shayk also turn to the brand for relaxed yet polished pieces. For Kate, adding a Parisian touch to her oh-so British country wear looks like second nature in 2021.
